Return/Refund Policy
Must A Media is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for both consulting and training services, including the Meta Ads Training Program.
1. Consulting Services Refund Policy
Consulting services are provided on a monthly basis and each month's fee is non-refundable once payment has been made. No part of the monthly consulting fee will be refunded as payment confirms the Client's commitment for that month. All advertising costs incurred during the consultancy process are the responsibility of the Client and cannot be claimed from Must A Media in the event of any dispute or disagreement.
2. Training Program Refund Policy
If you decide that the Youğun Meta Ad Camp is not right for you, you can get a refund within 5 days of purchasing the program. After the 5th day, no refunds will be issued. Refunds requested within this period will be processed according to our standard procedures and payment will be returned to the original payment method.
Request Process: To request a refund, customers should contact info@mustamedia.com with a written notice explaining the reason for their request.
Conditions: Refunds will only be processed if the Client has attended all sessions and completed the required assignments by the date of the request. Must A Media is not responsible for any advertising output or costs incurred as a result of the Client's participation in the training program.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will only be considered under the following condition:
The training has been significantly delayed or not started for reasons directly attributable to Must A Media.
Please note that dissatisfaction based on subjective opinions, such as aesthetic preferences or campaign performance affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g. market conditions) is not eligible for reimbursement.
4. Non-Returnable Products
E-books, any course materials, PDFs, worksheets or additional resources provided during the training program are non-refundable.
Counseling services provided prior to the request for reimbursement are also not reimbursable.
5. Session Cancellations
Clients who wish to reschedule a counseling or training session must notify Must A Media at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
6. Processing of Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days and sent to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
7. Changes to this Policy
Must A Media reserves the right to change this Returns/Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be notified to customers via email or posted on our website.
